Love for baking

I started my baking journey in the year 2008-09 and had taught many students so far. Today was a beautiful day for me.I had Sanjana for my puff pastry class who had come to me in the year 2013 for learning cupcakes and couple of other session when she was 5 year old. She still have the same drive towards baking and wish to start her own Cafe after her studies and want to click a pic with me in her Cafe. Wishing her all the best! and I am really looking forward to that day. Baking is about multi-tasking. If you are organized and prepared, that's half the battle. That's what I have found in her mom and in her. Beautiful Season. Merry Christmas to All!!@

Morning Walk Promise

I started my morning walk on 1st June 2018 but was not regular in walk.  The morning walk routine shall reap maximum benefits if done unfailingly every day without a miss. The happiness and joy you get when the fresh air hit's your face is worth waking up in the morning. What I need to do is maintain a fixed regime and I will surely conquer the world with  positivity and energy. Picked up these beauties on the way back from my walk I Promise myself that I  will consistently walk each morning. I Will....

Wedding Cake Classes at Menna's Delight

A wedding cake is both an intimate and personal for a woman - it must reflect the personality and style of the bride. I had two days wedding cake workshop with Surekha R S Rajesh and Soumya Santheep. It was a wonderful session since both of them were my old students and very good bakers in the city. It was a proud moment for me when they carried back their work home. Wishing both of them all the best.  

100% Wheat Buns

I Sometimes it's just 'Oh my God, I love the taste of my freshly baked bread with butter. I'm not going to lie to you - I deal with that temptation every single day, many times. Now it is turned worse. I bake 100% wheat bread without any added gluten or preservatives, just the wheat flour, yeast, sugar, salt and oil. So softy and tasty freshly baked wheat buns out from the oven for evening tea
