What is it to become an intern or as a trainee and work side-by-side with a baking trainer? Well, the answer should come from the intern themselves. However, from my view here are my thoughts on baking internship. It's a Learning opportunity ( Try new recipes) Experience of all sorts ( Meet People, visit new place) Get to know the inside-story ( How to prepare and market for a class) Experience of Working as a Baking Intern As a person who conducts baking workshops in Bangalore, Trivandrum and Hyderabad, I come across many people with different goal in mind. Most students who attend are home bakers or those looking for a basic know-how on baking and there are students who are keen to become trainers. So, it's a mixed bag of people coming together for learning. In my classes, I have a lot of things to manage, assemble and prepare for the class. It's this task that often zap my time and energy.
