My favorite childhood sweet is Jam roll/Swiss roll from Jayram Bakery, Trivandrum. On the way back from School we used to stop over and buy those sweet yummy sugary jam rolls, I will never ask for anything other than those. My eyes used to roll like those rolls.I still cant get over the taste of it Now I make my own Jam rolls and very strange that I still roll my eyes looking over it.

It used to be a relief to hear the rain. It's sound like a music when it hits the ground but the past few weeks had been so scary to hear the sound of the rain which has washed away so many dreams, life.... Nothing is going to be the same again , with few of my students and some youngsters in Trivandrum City ,we joined hands to bake around 400-500 buns and donate to a flood relief camp. I know it is nothing but hope to bring some smiles to few faces and looking forward to do more Kneading Team - Buns for Flood Relief Camp
