Ingredients
  • Butter                          75gms
  • Castor Sugar               60gms
  • Orange Marmalade     120ml
  • Orange  rind                     1
  • Egg beaten                   2
  • Flour                            125gms
  • Baking Powder            1/2 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Caraway seeds            1 tsp


Method

  1. Sieve flour, salt and baking powder. thrice
  2. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl
  3. Now add orange marmalade, orange rind
  4. And slowly add the beaten egg and beat till combine
  5. Fold the sieved flour to this mixture along with caraway seeds
  6. Pour it is your mould and bake for 170 degree for 25mts
  7. Cool and glaze with warm marmalade if you desire.
