Kunafa - Arabian Dessert


I Met Afiya Thaha in one my fondant Icing class two years ago at Trivandrum, very creative and talented and was very much into cooking.

I was never surprised when  Kunafa ( Arabian dessert) became a hit in Trivandrum City, because she was a person always looking for creative stuffs.

 Yesterday was the first time I tasted Kunafa at Eve’s Café where she had kept it for sale. It had a very subtle creaminess and a very mild sweetness in it, loved and enjoyed   every bite of it.

Wedding Cake Classes at Menna's Delight

A wedding cake is both an intimate and personal for a woman - it must reflect the personality and style of the bride. I had two days wedding cake workshop with Surekha R S Rajesh and Soumya Santheep. It was a wonderful session since both of them were my old students and very good bakers in the city. It was a proud moment for me when they carried back their work home.
